All qualified applications will be forwarded to an objective review committee, which will make recommendations to the Associate Administrator, HAB. The Associate Administrator has approval authority. This program is subject to the provisions of 45 CFR 92 for State and local governments and 45 CFR 74 for nonprofit organizations. Award Procedure: After approval by the Associate Administrator, the Grants Management Branch prepares a Notice of Award and issues the award.
