The ICCs aid clients in preparing quality business plans to attract venture capital as well as assistance in preparing competitive ARMF proposals. ICCs help client corporations find affordable business incubator space nearby, so that they can take clients "on-board" and provide constant support. The ICCs also each operate a pre-seed capital fund, which empowers start-up businesses to commercialize new technology. The type of aid available differs slightly between the three corporations.
