Award Procedure: HUD field offices will conduct a threshold review of each application to determine that it meets the submission requirements of the NOFA. All applications, which meet the threshold requirement, will be rated according to the selection criteria. An applicant must receive a score of at least 70 points out of the maximum of 102 points under this competition. This includes two EZJEC bonus points, which are described in the NOFA. After assigning points to each eligible application, HUD will rank the applications in order of points scored on a national basis. Awards will be made in ranked order until all funds are expended.
