VETERANS ENTREPRENEURIAL TRAINING AND COUNSELING Current Year: Grants: $600,000 Loans: $0,000 Other: $0,000 Total: $600,000 OBJECTIVES: To provide long term training, counseling, and mentoring to benefit small business concerns and potential small business concerns owned and controlled by eligible veterans. Eligible veterans means (A) a veteran who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary, or (B) a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service- connected disability.
