VETERANS EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM Current Year: Grants: $7,300,000 Loans: $0,000 Other: $0,000 Total: $7,300,000 OBJECTIVES: To develop programs to meet the employment and training needs of service- connected disabled veterans, veterans of the Vietnam-era, and veterans who were recently separated from military service. APPLICATION AND AWARD PROCESS: Pre-application Coordination: This program is eligible for coverage under EO. 12372, Inter-governmental Review of Federal Programs. An applicant should consult the office or official designated as the single point of contact in his or her State for more information on the process the State requires to be followed in applying for assistance, if the State has selected the program for review. The standard application forms as furnished by the Federal agency and required by OMB Circular No. A-l02 (29 CFR, Part 97) must be used for this program. Application Procedure: This program is subject to the provisions of OMB Circular No. A-l 10.
