To offer a disciplined environment conducive to learning, by preventing violence in and around schools and strengthen programs that prevent the illegal use of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs, involve parents, and coordinated with related Federal, State, and community efforts and resources. APPLICATION AND AWARD PROCESS: Pre-application Coordination: This program is eligible for coverage under E.O. 12372, Intergovernmental Review of Federal Programs.
