Range of Approval/Disapproval Time: Loan approval/disapproval decisions will be made within 20 to 40 workdays after receipt of complete loan application package. Appeals: If an application would have been selected but for a procedural error committed by VA, VA will select that application for granting of a loan when sufficient funds become available, if there is no material change in the information that was initially furnished by the applicant.
