Pre-application Coordination: This program does not require pre-application coordination. This program is eligible for coverage under EO. 12372, Intergovernmental Review of Federal Programs. An applicant should consult the office or official designated as the single point of contact in the State for more information on the process the State requires to be filed when applying for assistance, if the State has selected the program for review. This program is also covered by the Public Health System Reporting requirements. Federal and/or nonfederal experts who make funding recommendations to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Minority Health will review accepted applications for technical merit.
